How to get rid of arm fat?

Errrmm my arms have so MUCH fat on em BUT my hands are super skinny Should I do push ups or bench press?

do both…work on your forarms two. benching is way easyer but pushups would probly do it for you faster since your lifting your own weight. They will get easyer as you go. After your pushups get realy easy then switch over to benching. high weight low reps

Push ups, bench press, watch your diet, and most importantly do some cardio work 3-5 times a day for 30+ minutes. And don’t forget to stretch, as that will help you feel better and help prevent injury.

I would walk around with a couple of light weights to tone them up… if you do push ups and lift heavy weights they might get slim then bigger!
