How to get over the girl's at work?

Anytime you work in a restraunt as a host/hostess, the servers will always be irritable. I’ve worked as a hostess AND a server so I know how you feel :( Servers are cranky people, we cant help it. Ha. Just keep doing what your doing and focuson your work. Dont worry about the other girls because most likely they are just unhappy about their tables. If it becomes a bigger problem or doesnt start getting better, stand up for yourself! Talk to the girls (with respect because even though they are the ones being mean, they are still people and they will just be meaner if you get an “attitude”) or if that doesnt work, then talk to management. It will get better with time though, just keep up your smile and show them your there for a reason.

aaawww!!! poor thing! let those beyotches stay fake in the end, karma will hit them in the behind. besides, your new, they are prob testing you or something b/c they prob think they are something since they been there before u… meanwhile, find friends there @ work and stay you dont let those girls get to you!!! ;D hope I helped.
