How to firm chest, belly, and side areas?

What are some really fast and afective ways to firm your breasts stomach and sides? This may be kinda weird, but like if I stretch or raise my arms, my stomach looks really good :p is there a way to make it so its always like that? Also, when I get kinda cold my boobs get a lottt firmer or perkier.. Is there a way to make them always like that? And I also need too tone my sides, when I wear jeans I get the whole “muffin top” not bad though, but I’d like to get rid of it by summer Pleasee help soon!!(:

Push ups: regular, wide push ups, close/triangle, divebombers. Planks. Leg raises. Various abs: mountain climbers, v sit ups, in and outs, twists. If you do planks during comcerials once a day for a week then twice the next week each day you should feel your whole car feel tighter. This is the area around your belly and lower back.
