How can I find a new job if they find out about my felony?

I already have a good job, but, I am afraid that they will find out about my felony. What shall I do and how can I get another job if this happens?

I’m not sure what you can do about it now, but you should always be honest on your application. There are employers that overlook that sort of thing, but they can immediately terminate you for lying on your application. I guess that you have to weigh your options, lie on the application and hope you don’t get caught and fired or tell the truth and hope that they hire you. Myself, I would choose to tell the truth, rather than to get fired. You didn’t say if you got the felony before or after you got your present job, so I am just assuming that you got it before your job.
