How to end a friendship

I have this friend I don’t think you could call her a friend, we used to have fun but now she keep telling me that I look slutty in a dress and than later on she would wear the same dress, and when we had 2 back stage tickets, she said she would pick me up at 7 but when I was 8 she said she could go, but later I found out that she went with a boy with my 2 tickets She tries to steel my spot light and always want to show off that she’s better than me, I didn’t have a problem with her all these years, but than last week she said she didn’t trust me anymore and I said fine lets stop being friends. But the day after she came to my house I told me sister to tell her im not home so she could take the hint, but this Friday she just came into my house unannounced and said that we needed to talk. I don’t want to be friends with her anymore I can I be more clear, what does it take to get her out of my life? I tried to be nice about it but she keep calling me back saying we need to make up or talk

Then talk to her.

Tell her that you’ve grown out of the friendship and you are officially ending it and if she continues to harass you, you’ll get a restraining order placed on her.
