You can easily create web pages with software like Frontpage or Dreamweaver by selecting from loaded templates in the program. Or you could pick up a book on html and learn the basics and simply use your Notepad program to create rudimentary up to complex web pages. Html is a simple language to learn and there are vast tutorials for html, dhtml, xml, javascript, and css. Even if you use software to help you, it is a smart idea to learn the basics of some program language because the coding of any site can get a little tricky and buggy.

What exactly is it you want to do?

Netscape is a browser programme (like internet explorer, mozilla firefox, etc), so it’s not a programme to help you create a web page.

I recommend you set up a myspace page (it’s relatively easy to do) or set up a livejournal, were you can keep a blog (online journal). If you’re interested in buying your own domain, register4less allows you to register a webpage for as long as you choose to pay for it, and you pay for it in one lump amount, and can renew it when your registration is almost up.

sry no idea I’ve tried you type in make your own website, but it has monthly payments that why I didn’t do it
