how should I free myself??

pls advice me. I can’t forget my ex boyfriend whom I love deeply for 3 years. we are still friends now. we sms and update each other daily. at times, when I didn’t receive his sms.. I ended up thinking whats he doing? and so on. I hate it the fact, that I was the one taking initative. he’s taking me for granted. yet, I cant seem to ignore or break off contact.. what should I do?

Try talking to other guys go out to partys and clubs meet other guys. Or maybe he’s a reason your still having contact with maybe theres a certain reason you can’t let go.
