how much weight?

if I do 100 crunches and run for 10 minutes and lift some weight how long will it take me to tone up and will the crunches tone up my stomach aka flatten it and if so how long with that take?

Doing crunches does make your stomach flatter and harder.So, yes.And it really depends on how much you weigh. If you’re a really big person, then it would take some time until you got really nice hard, flat, abs (stomach). but if you’re smaller/medium sized, then it wont take that long…two or three months? ..maybe one? you have to keep working out though, if you want to stay that way.

It really comes down to more then just crunches and some cardio. IF you do 100 crunches a day and run for 10 minutes and lil weight training but have a poor diet/nutrition it isn’t going to help. I’d recommended you google ab exercises since there are many other ways to work out your abs. Do a mix and not one repetitive motion. You will see results faster. Eat healthy, stretch and do more than 10min of Cardio.
