Hello my boyfriend got caught with cocaine. He has a prior weed charge hes 24 has a good lawyer was on probation but hes serving his time for that now do you think he will be there for a while?

It depends on how much money you have, if he middle class he will probably do the minimum but you need to find out the specific charge, but if he poor low income situation he probably doing max, especially if he has priors.

It depends if he had a large amount and baggies and was caught selling or if it was just for personal use. If it was a small amount for personal use he still broke probation and could be doing a few months.
