How much time will my boyfriend do in jail?

Hello my boyfriend got caught with cocaine. He has a prior weed charge hes 24 has a good lawyer was on probation but hes serving his time for that now do you think he will be there for a while?

It depends on how much money you have, if he middle class he will probably do the minimum but you need to find out the specific charge, but if he poor low income situation he probably doing max, especially if he has priors.
