How much beef barbecue, macarroni salad, and baked beans do I need to feed 120 people

I would do two servings a person. :)

Would you buy the beef BBQ and the macaroni salad already made? It would be easier to find how much you need if you can see the serving size.

Your best bet is to call a BBQ place like Dickeys, or Marshalls, and pose the question like you are getting quotes from competing restaurants. See how much they recommend.

the menu is: bbq chicken pulled pork ital saus 6 side dishes

how much pulled pork and saus do you think I’ll need? having the bbq chicken catered. already have about 30 lbs of pork butt, and 15 lbs of ital sausage - is this enough??
