the age dosent matter but since you are 5”8 you should be 126 - 154 lbs. its okay if your less or more than that dont worry

I’m 15, I’ll be 16 in less than 20 days, I’m about 5’7” and I weigh about 125… doc says I’m pretty healthy and I feel and look just fine… so anywhere around that is good, and a little more because you’re taller…

I weighed 137 when I was 15 and looked darn good! Muscle weighs more than fat so it just depends on how you feel. That is why there is such a broad range of numbers.

between 125 and 165. it all really depends on how your gain weight, your body type, and your muscle amount. like me, im 5’8 and 13. I weight 145, and I gain weight extremely evenly and have a lot of muscle, so I look much smaller. it all depends really.

I’m 5’9, and I weigh about 125 lbs. which is right on the underweight edge.

I did your the fact thing on teenshealth.com and it said: “The healthy weight for your age and height is between 108 and 158 pounds.”

108 is waay underweight though, they’re sites a little messed up because of that, but I’d say the lowest you should be at is 120/125. :)
