Google a BMI calculator. This will tell you your Body Mass Index and usually there is information for what is normal. There’s one at the CDC website: http://www.cdc.gov/healthyweight/assessing/bmi/adult_bmi/english_bmi_calculator/bmi_calculator.html

As far as calories, it’s more important to eat healthfully–lots of fresh fruits and veggies, lean meats, fish and good food–drink water and exercise. Stay away from soda pop and processed foods. You will look and feel great without having to trouble yourself with tracking calories and nutrients and fat grams, etc.!
