How far along am I

I took a few pregnancy tests back in november which all came back negative. I had myu period from nov 6 to nov 11 or 12th, I later took a test on dec 6 and a test from the doctor and they came back positive. My doctor said im 10 weeks, but is there any way I could be further along?

I would trust your doctor. They usually know what they are talking about. Although have to remember that a due date is nothing but an estimate and you have to give a week or take a week from the date they give you, because it’s just a rough estimate depending on when your last period was.
