How? - exercise and pregnancy?

My husband planning on having another child this year. My question is since I don’t want to put too much weight on this pregnancy because I’ve still got my previous baby weight still on me. I want to get back to my pre-baby size/weight after this child so I want to go to the gym while pregnant to make it easier for me. I’d like to know if it’s ok not to put too much weight on this time around and how much is too much exercise on a pregnant body?

exersise is a good thing when you are pregnet you know not just over do it, check whit your doctor and have him tell you how much exersize you can do…

and also please check with your midwife / doctor thing !! they will tell you what things you can do :)

well my sister was pregnant and she did aerobics and stuff like that try dancin buh don’t overdo it and play rugby lol
