whats a fun way for a 13 year old girl to lose weight? Im tired of those boring workout tapes HELP :[

I don t think any thing will work really I am trying I am 13 weigh 164 pounds and I can run a mile in 7 30 but I am 5 3 and I can t loose my gut I wear t shirts every day to school cause I hate the way I look

well… you could bye wii fit that is fun and you can stay at home without getting embarros and workout it is 4 all ages and that other person is very smart swimming is the best 1 to do even if it is in your swimming pool ! eat lots of good foods and always drink lots of water and eat less junk foods like chocolate and stuff but it is ok if you have a little bit ok !!!1 well good luck

Join your schools sports teams you’ll have fun meet new people have more of a social life and lose weight all at the same time and it also looks good if your trying to get into a school with a lot of sports teams.

all of the above!! oh and I recommend swimming! it is the best sport for anyone to do, and trust me you get a good work out if you actually swim laps! builds muscle and helps lose fat! oh and eat plenty of protein but lay off the wheats. Good luck

go jump on the trampoline swim ride your bike do anything else than what your doing now sitting there… invite your friends over meet kids in your neighborhood and hangout
