How does dizziness relate to my cramps?

I am 15, and I have had my cramps for almost 5 years now so its pretty regular. But this month, was the absolute worst period I have yet to experience. I woke up and took a shower and when I got out, I felt very lightheaded. I sat on the toilet so if I did faint I wouldn’t have as far of a fall (maybe that is over cautious lol). Following the dizziness, I nearly threw up but it wasn’t exactly vomit. Now I might not be as experienced in periods as some but this doesn’t seem normal.

Any help?

I think that is exactly what you think it is, a severe period. If it happens the same way next month you should ask a professional. Call DHS or a hospital and just act frantic and worried as you explain to them whats happening. You’ll get ‘’counseled’’ for free more than likely.

Furthermore, nausea and vomiting (and most other gastric functions) are regulated and triggered by the serotonin in your body. It could be related. Look it up.
