Olive oil treatment now and again will bring back fried hair…Saturate it, and let it sit for 30 minutes…then shampoo out.

you can use protein treatments but nothing can repair heat damaged hair thats already dead so all you can do is keep your hair healthy by avoiding heat styling or using products that help protect against the damage beforehand

Answer #3

You can by a cheap thermal protection spray at most stores for about 2-3 dollars. I recommend it.

but besides that, conditioner is the best thing for your hair. condition your hair as normal but put extra on your ends(thats where most damage is) let it sit on your hair for about 2-3 min, repeat this for maybe a week or so. Or do it whenever you feel your ends getting very damaged.

the other way is to get the dead trimmed off. which is better and makes your hair grow faster! just a small trim of 1/2 inch could dramatically help your hairs health :)

agreed!^^

Answer #5

I would recommend a heat repair serum. I get mine at Walmart for like 5 dollars. Some are more and some are less. But There is really no way to repair “dead” hair…Even if you go in and get a trim of 1/2 or 1 inch every other month makes the biggest difference. Hope this helps :)
