How do you get rid of dark under-eyes?

My little sister is only 12 and she has quit dark under-eyes. There not bags they’re just dark. She really hates them. Does anybody no how to get riid of them??

Consult with a cosmetician at your local drugstore or mall for product suggestions, they can however be expensive and do not always work, they can also recommend concealers and foundations which might help disguise the problem, home remedies include but are not limited to cucumber slices, and used tea bags, the advantage to the last one is that you can use any tea you like from Earl Grey to Herbal so you can enjoy a nice cup of tea too, my suggestion is to use camomille tea as the tea will help her to relax and sleep as well.
