How do you get over being sick?

I’ve been throwing up, I feel weak and shaky, and I’ve got a headache. Tonight I have testing for my next karate belt and I have a tournament tomorrow. How can I get a lot better really, really, fast?

Drinking water and eating healthy foods with good rest will help you recover faster. But unfortunately I don’t think you will get better for tomorrow.

You can’t get better but you can do the best you can.

Eat as healthy as you can while you are sick. Drink a lot of water. And take a rest so you can be with a lot of energy.

I don’t know if you can get better THAT fast… but drinking orange juice and other things with vitamin C helps you recover. and sleeping helps a LOT. try drinking some and taking a nap. you probably shouldn’t go though..
