How do I stop my acne from getting worse, I has just come?

Anything that will get rid of spots and that isnt harmful? I’ve tried soap, clearasil, facemasks and the steam trick.

emmm…the say to cut down on milk and chocolate. Don’t touch your face. I use tea tree things like a facial wash it works well! simple soap is good too! hope this helps xxx

Pro active, soap and warm water, or neutrigena makes a scrub that is foamy and tingly and it tickles when you put it on in the shower and it helps.

I have the same problem as you my acne has got worse but I buy store products like from CVS (if that is in your area) and but cleanser -clean and clear- or Noxema and it helps get rid of the redness more and mostly the times I do it two times a day but you may have the acne bumps but the redness won’t be visible as much:)
