How do I lose weight from my stomach?!
Im fine with my figure, and I have slim legs and arms etc. But I have a kind of pot belly and I dont know how to get rid of it! I do sit ups every night but it hasnt had much affect. I have toned abs…underneath, but it doesnt hold my stomach in. If you understand what I mean. Any advice would be great, thanks.
Sounds like you just want to tighten things up, crunches and even swimming can work those muscles.
