How do I lose muffin tops?
-5’4 -about 118 -1 or 0 Jean -muffin tops big time :/ -I only eat breakfast, half a sandwhich, and dinner and usually don’t excersize -I do gymnastics to try to tone -has gained weight since Xmas
- Wear larger jeans. (If you don’t believe in 2&3.)
- Your diet fails. Your body most likely is not getting enough calories and is in starvation mode, therefore keeping the fat for energy. 6 small meals throughout the day or large breakfast full of protein, smaller lunch, smaller dinner and a snack before 7pm for a total of 4 meals.
- Exercise, not just gymnastics.
Eat fewer calories and exercise more…and if you’re still unhappy get lipo. There are no secrets to being fit.
You’re a zero and you’re complaining about muffin top? Are you kidding me? I’m not even going to try and answer this question because it’s ridiculous.
