how do I increase my cup size with out surgery?!?!

okay I am 16 about 5’1 and 110 pounds… I am a swimmer…star softball player, track runner, soccer defender and club softball player… in 8th grade I had a 36B cup and now as a sophomore they have decreased to a 34B and they keep getting smaller…what should I do…I want to keep playing sports but I also don’t want to be flat chested by the time I am a senior please help …is there any type of food I could eat that could help them grow again or what? I don’t want to take a pill or get surgery but yeah please help I don’t know what to do

im a freshman, and im 34B :( I want mine atleast a 36B

but my friend is a D and shes only 14. im 15.

sometimes im jelous, but they seem to be annoying to her and get in the way a lot.

Uh the number actually means your rib cage got smaller not your boobs so your all right. you might need to massage them I know a lot about increasing your boobs naturally. Email me at [email protected]. I’m 13 and going to the 8th grade.

I think your fine you shouldnt worry about it. im in 9th grade and im 5’1” and I have Bs so your fine. dont worry about the size.

I’m almost 15 and I am a 34 A, although I tried on a B cup bra, and it seemed to fit, there wasn’t like a empty air bubble at the top. But I would also like to no how to increase my size to actually have a 34B.
