How do I hide a fresh helix/cartilage piercing??

Hi I’m thinking of getting a cartilage piercing on my left ear…but I dont’ know how to hide it from my dad and ..do you have any suggestions to what I should say if he finds out?

just wear your hair down he probably wont notice it, my dad hates piercings and I have 2 lip piercings,tragus,belly,and I had my septum done he only knows about my lip ones

well put your hair over it. but you gunna have to come clean about it sooner or later.

I think you should be honest about it. If you really want a helix piercing, explain to him why you want it and that it’s your body and ot his and that you think you’d suit it. Save up yourself and ask him to be supportive. It’s only a piercing.

Or you could be like.. “Well it’s either a Helix piercing or a nipple piercing…”

Or if your dad is really against piercings, then get transparent jewellery.
