How do I get rid of urges to eat?

I am sick of urges to eat. Please help me get rid of them!

You don’t want to “get rid of the urge to eat”, but if you have already eaten a meal, and you are still hungry, just drink a big glass of water or milk. It will fill you up. But make sure you are eating, or it won’t work. :]

It means you’re hungry. Your body isn’t getting the nutrients it needs so it’s craving more. So…I think the answer is obvious. EAT. If you don’t, your body will just hold onto the fat it has even longer and you won’t lose weight.

Hi! Well we urge for food for three different reasons: 1)Physically - our body is deprived of a nutrient (what are you craving for, that could be a hint) 2)Emotional - you may feel empty from something missing in your life (maybe you miss a friend, boyfriend, etc) 3)Habitual - it could be a habit, and you may need distractions.
