How do I get into the house to play on sims 3?

I can get my people moved in but I cant get into the house and do anthing. When I click ont the house it just shows me the family.

There is an ‘enter house button’. It should be at the bottom of the little box that pops up and shows you your family.

is it a real legal version? It sounds like a bug or somehthing. If it;s a prpoper version then take it back to were you got it- you will need your recipt if you still have it. if not you wont get your money back.
