How do I get a girl to like me?

There is this really cool down to earth girl where I work. She seems to have the perfect personality and looks amazing. She seems perfect if you ask me. She isn’t there much but how can I get her to notice me. We talk every now and then and smile most of the time.

The thing is, we go to different schools and she is 1 year older than me; that is not the main problem. The main problem is that she seems way out of my league. On Facebook, she has all these college guys trying to talk to her and whenever she comes in work off the clock, she has some guy friends with her; but she is single.

How can I get her to like me and how can I get her to flirt with me; how can I flirt with her. Or should I give up because she seems out of my league and I don’t see her much?

talk to her a lot. and if she talks back then you know your startin with friends. and friends are good. and go from there ask for her number or take her to a movie if she iosnt busy. there is no such thing as out of your league. if she is really worth it then go for it.
