How do I ask out my friends brother?

How do I tell my friends brother that I like him without saying it out loud or telling my friend he is 3 years older than me and his sis (my friend) says he acts like he likes me. But I think he does bcause he always flirts like fighting with me from behind and once we where fighting over a coke bottle and he grabbed me from behind (like a hug from behind)does he like me?
