How come you need parental permission to pierce your body?
I want to get my belly button pierced but my mom would never let me pierce my belly… Ok so after you guys tell me why you need parental permission to pierce stuff, would you mind telling me how to get around that? Like im only 14
You need permission because it is an invasive procedure that can cause permenant scarring, infection, & ultimately even death. My oldest dtr pierced hers at a friends house & I didnt know about it until it had green pus coming from it. Now she has a nasty scar just below her belly button. My uncle took my cousin & had her tongue pierced at a reputable place. She ended up having several episodes of strep throat & the dr made her take it out. There are lots of things to consider when having piercings done & going around your mother is something you may end up regretting.
because you just do… get over it and wait until you can. I got mine at 13 with my parents permission but you can get it done at 16 without permission.
its stupid but you dont have a say about anything untill your 18 by law. with out being emansipated and dont do that for a piersing its very stupid. you have to find a way to make it on your own the rest of your life.
Go to a back alley place, they don’t give a care about permission. Then again, it’s not legal and theres the possibility of blood borne disease being spread but it gets you what you want. Just kidding. Just do what your parents tell you to do.
You won’t need it when you’re 18, so wait…
