ok actually I dont think thats an orgasm… whoever itszsammiedude is, well I dont agree, it can actually tickle which could just mean that you arent applying enough pressure, or you could be off by a little bit, happened to me when I first started, no worries, just try different motions/ techniques/ pressures and places, until you find what works… it also helps amazingly if youre relaxed and not tensed up when you do it…
