How can you tell if you are are incompetent?

I’M 28 MY SISTER TOLD ME I WAS INCOMPETENT, I THINK EVERYONE IN MY FAMILY THINKS THAT, I MEAN I HAVE A LEARNING DISAIBILLITY AND I’M SLOW BUT IT DON’T MEAN NOTHING TO ME, I CAN PERTTY MUCH DO WHAT I WANT

you can tell you are incompetent if you actually believe people who tell you that you are incomeptent. if you are comeptent, you know they are the ones with the problem if they are verbally abusing you, and NOT YOU

Don’t know how old you are, but kids are sometimes not as “good” as adults or older kids at some things. It doesn’t mean you are incompetent. It means you are just growing up. Don’t listen to someone who tells you that. Trust me, when the greatest football, baseball and basketball players started playing as kids. They couldn’t hit a thing. Didn’t mean they were incompetent, it means they just needed to learn how and practice. Don’t believe anyone who tells you that. If you make a mistake, learn from it. If you can’t hit a ball get someone who can to teach you how to be better. If you can’t read well, get a teacher to help you. No matter what it is someone is able to help you with it. And no matter what you want to be or what you want to do, always believe you can do it. Learn how to be better and DO IT!

It means you are incapable of doing something, or not doing a good job at it.

Means you can’t be relied upon.
