How can we date without getting fired?

‘ll try not 2 b so long winded! Ok so I started at Mcdonalds about 3 weeks ago and me and their interviewer we clicked like that! And so far he always stare at me a lot like in a flirty way. And so the other day he put his arm around me. And everytime he looks at me hes smilin and everything. And hes always like patting me and stuff. Hes so sweet. But today he didnt say anything to me but he did notice me. Is he just being shy? Or was he just being friendly when he 1st hired me? Im so confused!!Oh yeah, did I mention hes my boss? But hes like close to a store manager but hes not older than 23. Do you think they switched our shifts because someone said I like him because no one knows. Is there anyway I can flirt with him or anything without anyone knowing. HELP! Im soo confused! And yeah im almost 18

for one if he did date you or someone found out that he was making passes at you they would fire you both,, one becuase he is your boss and two becuase you are not 18.. that is consided wrong in the work place.. if you really want to get with him wait until you are 18 and read the hand book they gave you I am sure that you have one.. it should say weither or not you can date another employee,,,
