How can I tone my boobs?

My stomachs really small so it makes my boobs look really big the guys used to call me double d until I put nail polish remover on there chair so they’re but would turn red then they stopped is there anyway to tone them to make them look a little smaller

Boobs are formed from glands and fat tissue, so if you are overweight you could reduce their volume by slimming down, but you can’t target that area. Toning refers to muscles, and boobs do not have muscles, so no toning.

When you get older you can get a breast reduction, which might be covered by insurance if there is a medical issue.

Mostly, realize that many guys your age tend to be very immature. As you get older, more guys will become interested in you as a person; and, just as Michael likes you for who you are, so will they. Good Luck!!

if you do bench presses or even push ups it uses muscles under your breasts and can make them perky,more centered,and in some cases smaller,but be warned there are some whos get bigger
