How can I put on weight with out loseing my fittness?
Basicly im in the british army and im fit as a fidle, but im also built like a rake.what I want to know is how can I get bigger with out loseing my fittness.I take in 3000 cals per day but my metabolism burns them all off, I go to the gym 3 times a week I do cross country and mountain bikeing. I just want a bit more arm muscle ready for my wedding photos.
Instead of doing aerobics like running and bike riding which burn calories, do lots of strengthening exercises which build up muscle and turn those calories into muscle. And your body build could also determine how you fill out so sorry if it doesn’t work well, my dear.
