How can I prepare turkey stuffing the day before?

I’d like to make a simple bread, herb type stuffing for Xmas turkey dinner ahead of time. Is there any way to make it, bake it and stow it in the fridge the day before? Will it be too dry? Thanks for any ideas, advice or experiences.

OK 1 clean & dice enough onions [2 mwd] 2 sweat / cook in butter & oil gently and add some sage so taste 2 blitz some stale bread into crumbs [ quantity vary on size of bird ] 3 Mix together and allow to cool then fridge with cl-film over night 4 Next day seperate skin from breast t then fill the neck cavity
5 Cook for required time

Any extra stuffing roll in foil and cook in the roasting tray
