depends what its from. If its IBS(irritable bowel syndromw) you need to eat lost of good healthy fiber and stay away from breads and pasta. Best thing for me eating high fibre bran in morning. REALLY great for bloated stomach.
It just depends, If its from gas you may try going to the bathroom or taking gas-x, beano, or pepto-bismol.
If its from your period try taking midol or pamprin.
If you’re not cramping, work out with a waist band or with plastic wrap around your bloated area.
Since it’s water weight from your period it will go right down.
I think it’s from eating. I eat through the day and by the end my stomach’s really bloated :S
