How can I look like those girls?

I am not fat or anything. But so many girls are so skinny in my year. I go to netball training 3 times a week and field hockey twice a week, but I still feel big compared to the other girls. How can I lose a bit of weight without my parents realising it?

That’s what I was thinking a little while ago. Its good how you are doing lots of exercise etc. because that plays a very big part in it. But losing weight because you want to look like other girls isn’t really a good reason to lose weight. You should want to lose it for yourself.

You could say to yourself that you are going to cut out all chocolate, crisps, junk food etc. for a month and see if you lose any weight. That is what I did a while ago, and it really surprises you how much junk you actually eat :) You can replace these more unhealthy snacks with fruits, especially bananas as they are filling and provide you with lots of energy.

But it is important to have a healthy balanced diet, none of these “quick fixes” because they really don’t work in the long run. Try to drink more water, cut out the sugar in your coffee/ tea, squeeze your own fruit juice, get semi-skimmed milk, and switch to diet coke. It really is the smaller changes that can make the difference. I wish you the best of luck, by the way, not all boys are interested in the stupidly skinny girls ;) Hope this helped a lil bit.

boys like girls that have some fat on them more then one’s that look like sticks :) your fine how you are be happy with how you look

losing weight can be a good thing but make sure your doing it for the right reasons. to look like someone else is not a good reason. I’m a guy and I can honestly say I have NO interest in really skinny girls. ya’ll need some meat on your bones as we say in the south:) Losing weight can be good for your health if you can spare it but please don’t start losing weight to look like another girl. it’s not worth starting down that road. but if you want to loose some weight start jogging. at your age I don’t recommend diet if your just trying to loose a little weight because lord knows you need food:) so if you just want to loose a little weight for your health thats good but those really skinny girls are not something you should try and be:) I hope I helped:)

Gurl let me tell u somethin real quick.EVERYBODY IS BEAUTIFUL N THERE OWN WAY AND IM SURE U ARE NOT THAT BAD. if u feel like your not good enough then u just have self esteem issues.im a lil chuncky buh i have a pretty face and i make what i have work for myself.for example i have good hair(wavy curly) and i have pretty slanted lookin eyes with pretty thick eyelashes so i do things to show off my hair like doing multiple hairstyles and extras ta my dew.and i put liqud eyeliner n drmamatic lash mascara on so i can enhance my looks.body wise i must say i have quite the chest n butt n i just wear fitted jeans and the name brands to add a lift and pushup bras to add a pop to my rack and it deffinently gets attention.im not a hoe at all and im not telling you to be one either but im telling u,JUST MAKE IT WORK.!
