Just say something 2 her in a caring way like “ Hon, I don’t want you 2 fall in that big old dress, it’s so big I bet you can’t even see where your feet are going”
Make a joke about it - and see how she takes it. Not a mean joke.
Just - “Hey, your dress could be a parachute!”
See how she reacts - if she get’s upset, just deal with it and keep her happy.
If she doesn’t care - go shopping with her and find her a new dress together.
