I am 16 years old and am 5'4 and weigh 118. I want to be 110 how can I lose the 8 pounds. What exercises will be best?
I always go on runs with my pets,but not drinking pop or coke really helps,just work out for a couple minutes everyday and go on runs and dont drink pop or eat fattening foods.
your still skinny tho haha but drinkk a lot of water ndd dont eat junk food, eat lotta veqies and fruits ndd dont eat after 6pm.
you don't need to lose it you know?. I am 13 and weigh 140
