How can I get fitter?

I play squash a lot and I am pretty fit. However I want to be fitter. I am 14 and can go on an excersize bike and pedal my socks off for al least 15 mins without it getting challenging. So far no six pack lol any uggestions???

Sit-Ups = The way forward! I do 100-a-day and my six pack is gettin a lot more toned!!

You eat healthily, and do you do the situps all at once or spread them out the day?
