You can not lose weight fast! Well infact you probably can but you will make yourself ill, besides if you lose weight to fast you will end up with as awful as it sounds hanging skin! you need to lose around 2-3lb’s a week, and yes I know this sounds stupid but once its off its more likely to stay off. Look around the net and find out how many callories you should intake a day for your age /hight ect, and exercise about 30 minutes a day. I did this for about 6 weeks and lost a stone. But I recommend you do it right do not stop eating thinking this is the answer…it isnt
