Horror film featuring 'Hey Mickey' by Toni Basil

Does anybody know of a film where this teacher takes his students on a ‘field trip’ and drugs them. When they wake up they are naked and locked in circus cages, and in the background the song Hey Mickey plays over and over…

or something to that effect. I can’t really remember; it’s been a while since I have seen it.

I’ve been looking for the name of that one too. Try “learning curve” or “detention” from 1998.
