Homemade Ice Cream

Okay. So I am babysitting some kids and we want to make homemade ice cream. We don’t have milk or ice cream and we only have one can of evaporated milk. Does anyone have any ingrediants on how to make it? Please share.

Easy home made recipe: 1 cup milk (you can TRY evo. milk, but it’s not reccomended), 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tsp sugar. Combine ingredients in a regular sized ziplock bag and squeeze out all of the air.

Place that bag inside a bag of ice (about 6 cups). Dump about 4 table spoons of salt around the ice. The salt will melt the ice but make the water super cooled. Shake up, and mush around; being careful not to bust open the bag inside. It’ll freeze inside the bag. It tastes GREAT. This whole process usually takes about 10 minutes

I think evaporated milk may work I used it as a subsitue for milk a lot. homeade ice cream only consists of a few ingriedients, but you need eggs, and stuff to make a custard first and then just pour it into a small bag,and take a bigger bag with ice and than put the smaller one in there and you guys can shake it for a while and then put it in the freezer . I’ve done this before and it defintily worked. search google for the whole recipe.
