High in iron foods

I eat a lot of meat, but however I have an iron defficiency, what else could I eat/drink that is high in iron rather than supplements

There’s nothing wrong with taking iron supplements, many people are low in iron and it does affect your health and how you feel. It’s best to address the issue.
