Help!my tounge looks white!

I don’t know why but my toungue is not pink or red,but sort of a white-ish purple.I have heard that people get it because they eat too much junk…how do I make my toungue pink, and how do I prevent this??please help.

its probably just dirty get a toothbrush and lightly brush your tounge with it that will remove a lot of the bacteria and food residue that makes it look white

no it just means you don’t brush your tongue.

You can restore it by eating right & brushing you tongue as well as your teeth best of luck to you 1_~

I DO SO BRUSH MY TEETH,and I DONT SMOKE

Uh it depends if you smoke. you might have a furry tongue, if you smoke.
