I’d try this: turn on a space heater in the center of the snake cage room and turn on the air conditioner?

I’ve had this happen twice with tiny cornsnakes. We only found one of the ones that escaped, and the one we did find didn’t turn up until about 3 months from when it first disappeared. So I must prep you for disappointment. First, though, check the warmest places nearest to the cage. The one that we found came back out of a heat duct. Since reptiles are cold-blooded, they need heat from an external source. A trap might work, but only if the snake hasn’t eaten in a while, because a snake that size would only normally eat every 1 to 2 weeks. Maybe set a heat trap? We never tried that, but I suppose it’s a possibility. I really wish you the best of luck. I miss my snake soo much, and I only had him for a couple of weeks before he disappeared. Let me know if anything you try works!
