How to lose weight before my new school?

iam 13 years old and iam 150 pounds… and overweight I need to lose 40 pounds in 2 weeks… iam overweight and going to a new school iam 5’4 so I dont look overweight but I feel it help me

Not possible bud… maybe in a month of drinking water and protein shakes, no lifting and walking/jogging about 3-4 miles a day 6 days a week, but other than that sorry bro aint happening

You’re boredline overweight. 5 pounds would put you in the range of healthy… You cant lose 40 pounds in 2 weeks. Why dont you aim for a pound or two a week? In two months you’ll have lost 10% of your weight (which is a lot).

You are not going to lose that much in 2 weeks. Start eating more fruits and salads. Run or do crunches everyday.

try a fitness plan?? like im doin… for the 1st week, day 1- go for a jog lasting up to 20 min day 2- 15 min warm ups day 3- jog for 30 min and 10 min warm up

or you wenever you need a snack don’t eat crap, get an apple or sumfink, eat sum sort of fish for dinner… or like missfreakylollypop sed, eat one meal a day and drink water..ok??
