Are there any long-term health effects of drinking NeuroSleep® once a week?

Are there any ingredients in it that aren’t good for you? Also, I have heard that melatonin, which neurosleep has, isn’t good to take for long periods of time, why and would taking it once a week be alright?

Answer #1

Im not sure what the effects of long-term melatonin usage are but I have read studies saying its best not to use it for longer than three months. I havent actually come across any information about why, just studies which say it is safe to use for three month tor less. There are side-effects associated with its use, including resticted bloodflow, hypothermia, nausea and vivid dreams, especially with higher doses (3mg or more a day), The most common dosage used appears to be about 05mg per day. Im not sure how well it works in aiding sleep. The research seems pretty inconsistent.

Instead of a horribly cost ineffective beverage, I suggest you look for melatonin capsules, If not OTC then ask your doctor about it.
