Why doesn't he want people to know we're dating?

Feels the same way as me, and I tell him I love him, but he wont say it back, then he doesnt want people to know we’re dating…like if someone asks he trys to “confuse” them by saying we arent…what do you think about that?

I dont think he loves u, and I would dump him before you get hurt. if he really loved you, he would say so in front of everyone
