he needs to say it and do it first

ok so I have a boyfriend but when I get off the phone and we are about to hang up he always want me to say I love you but I want him to say it first and when wer are together he always wants me to make the first move what do I do

just do it! Or tease him until he does it =) that should work If its a kiss lean in and then go for a hug . Or lean in and then smile and just stare at him. Also I love you and a goodbye. He probley says something like “you love me?” then just respond “I don’t know baby do you love me?” Something like that .

But making the first move isnt pain full
